Damaged or Defective Lashes
If you receive any damaged or defective lashes reach out to email@example.com. Please include your name, order number, photo of the damaged or defective lash, this must be within 30 days from receipt date.
If GIMME LASH considers the items damaged or defective, the lash will be replaced and shipped back.
Incorrect Order or Incomplete
If your package was incomplete or not the correct order, please provide a picture and include the invoice slip. GIMME LASH will verify the order items and will replace if confirmed.
